My main goal every day is to keep VIDA working like a well-oiled machine! I focus on innovating and improving processes so that we are organized, productive and efficient, and our team members and clients are satisfied. I love so many things about this aspect of my role - the hard work that goes into it, thinking outside the box, working with the amazing team we have at VIDA, and seeing all our hard work pay off.

I’ve been with VIDA for over a decade, first applying to be a Writer back in 2009 during the early start-up stage. Since then I’ve helped grow the company through PR, Marketing & Sales. I’ve also been a Matchmaker, Matchmaking Manager and General Manager, which led into my current role. I really appreciate the flexibility being fully remote for so many years has given me! I had the opportunity to fall in love with my husband in Argentina, and also take extended trips to the US to be with family and friends. Being at VIDA has allowed me to pursue my career and also be the hands-on mother that I want to be. I am forever grateful for the company and all it has done for me.

Outside of the office, I am most passionate about my family. My husband and three kiddos love to explore the world together - whether it be a quick weekend trip, or a hike. We spend a lot of time adventuring in the PNW, and taking advantage of all there is to offer here - forests, rivers, mountains, lakes and oceans... So much to see and do. I am happiest when in the middle of nowhere with my kids, disconnected from technology, just living in the moment.
